Do you offer volume or retainer arrangements?
Yes. Recurring needs such as a monthly magazine, a continuous content flow or a localization pipeline can be set up as a retainer with priority scheduling and preferential rates.
What about urgent deadlines?
Tell me the real deadline and I will tell you honestly whether it is feasible. Rush work may carry a surcharge, always announced in the quote, never after.
